PE Beads a No-Go for Glo

Glo has reformulate its range of skin care products, eliminating polyethylene beads from its cleansers and polishes. The Microbead-Free Waters Act of 2015 mandates that all PE beads be phased out of rinse-off cosmetics by July 2017. Glō has updated four skin care product formulas, eliminating the use of PE beads entirely and replacing them, in part, with Lessonia's CelluloScrub, which is said to  provide gentle mechanical exfoliation to help slough away dead cells to smooth skin&#039...
